Interpretation
Summary: Parallel Coordinates that shows the average response time in January 2019 considering three different dimensions which are
Priority of Calls, Group Type and Call Type. Although there is an axis showing the Group Types, colors are based on the Group Type which is not conveying any new information but helps with the readability of the graph.
Users can follow and observe average response time (which is the last axis) according to these dimentions.
Interpretation: This visualization contains a lot of information. We can follow the average response time according to different priorities or observe how fast different groups are reacting to
different kinds of incidents, for instance the majority of Traffic Collisions are catogorized as priority 3. One thing to put into consideration is the probablity that this group expriences traffic before arriving on the scene, thus their average response time is among the highest.
Interactivity: By hovering over any line, the path related to that line will be highlighted, along with the average response time according to that path will be displayed in the white box next to the last axis.
